Billing & Insurance
We accept Aetna, Cigna, VA Medicaid (Cardinal Care), and Sentara insurance. We are happy to provide you with a superbill if you would like to submit for coverage for any out of network services.
Referrals
Many Medicaid (Cardinal Care) plans require a referral to begin therapy. Please contact your PCP to request a referral before beginning services.

Yes! Private speech therapy offers a much more individualized experience than the school setting. In addition, private speech therapy offers caregivers a unique lens into therapy and how to better support development in the home setting.

Therapy frequency is determined following the initial evaluation. It is generally 1-2 times per week.
